伸介さんのお店が石垣島にあるのは有名ですね。あいにくお休みでした。場所は石垣市伊原間で市内から焼く30分ほどのところです。伸介の夢、トムルと書いてます。名前の由来は分かりません。

この日も他の観光客がいました。海沿いの道を走ると見えてくるので、アクセスはいいです。

ここは知らない人はまず来ないでしょうね。有名なおそば屋さんです。定職やそばなどあって、地元の方に人気です。

注文は、野菜そばのソーキのせにしました。ソーキがすごいうまそうでしょ。

石垣島にはそばやがたくさんあって、ラーメンにも色々あるように、そばも味が店によって当然違います。ここのそばは、どちらかといえば濃いめ、だいたいのお店は薄いと思います。

５月１日に、島田伸介さんのお店トムルに行って来ました。雨が降ったり止んだりのあいにくの天気でしたが、風光明媚な場所に「トムル」は有りました。男女６名で行って、友達は人気の「石焼ビビンバ」を注文しましたが、私は、「タコライス」を注文しました。ビビンバは、まあまあ、美味しかったのですが、残念ながら、タコライスは、いただけませんでした。
